Position description:
Project manager is a person who is leading project or independent activities, proposing solutions, helping to solve customer´s problems and deliver results.

Responsibilities:
Define the project scope together with the customer
Set up project team
Organize project work
Preparation fo the time plan
Mapping processes to be redesigned
Draw down process maps
Create concept of new processes or process change together with the team
Prepare detail business specifications for changes
Take approval from customer
Organize delivery of proposed solution
Requirements:
Fluent English
Project Management skills (Certification is an advantage)
Analytical skills
Experience from international banks - Marketing, products, sales, operations or consulting company (5+years)
Knowledge of business methodology (6sigma, Lean, NPI...) is an advantage
Presentation skills
Open mind and willing to study new things
Possibility to travel across Europe
